I'd like to introduce myself as rj. I attended Brett's trial. There are so many d**n unanswered questions and open ends, that I'm sure I will have plenty to say as time goes by.

Here is one for thought: When the cops searched Brett's apartment for evidence they found a lot of girl's jewelry, and miscellaneous clothing items. Remember, Brett was a young man and as all young men do, (or most) he had girlfriends. Friends that would forget and leave things when leaving - as we all do at times, I know I have. So....out of many and various jewelry items how did they know to take a specific watch and use as evidence in trial? Lo and behold it was the one and only - the victim's watch. They didn't take any of the other jewelry that was there, how did they know before trial and before even charging Brett with the crime or holding him as a suspect that the watch was her specific personal possession? Got me. Maybe a psychic told them!

Oh Sis...you forgot to mention that the watch was never tested for dna to prove it was Winda's...was only identified by a family member who hadn't seen her in some time...and was later given money.
