I have recently received a letter from Cedric with the hopes that we could help him find a pen friend. If you visit his page below you will find a link to an old pen pal request that I had found online quite some time ago.
He will be writing me back with a more updated version soon, hopefully along with some examples of his art.
Also of note; Cedric is hoping to find a pen friend within the United States due to the cost of overseas postage.)
