Governor Strickland has denied Kenneth Biros' request for clemency. Therefore, also on Tuesday, December 8th the State of Ohio plans to execute Biros for the 1991 murder of Tami Engstrom in Trumbull county. This will be the first execution to test Ohio's one-drug lethal injection process. Prayer Service before the execution of Kenneth Biros is tonight (Dec. 7th 2009) at 7 pm at Holy Name, 2448 Auburn Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45219. I hope to see you there.
So far the execution of Kenneth Biros is still going to happen. He has asked for a stay, but this has not been decided on. Pray, send good thoughts, and hope that he will be granted a stay. If you want to ride down to Lucasville for the vigil meet at IJPC, 215 East 14th Street Cinci, OH 45202, at 6 am.
Should there not be a stay, there will also be a vigil held at the Northeast corner of the Courthouse in Warren (Trumbull oounty) Dec. 8th 2009 at 9:00am.
